Description
The Project Director is responsible for completing the Project Proposal Form, overseeing the planning, execution, and post-event procedures, and communicating with the Events BETA members of their respective projects.
Responsibilities
Accomplishes the Project Proposal Form for the event
In charge of leading and delegating tasks to the team members
Facilitates the planning and execution of the project
Communicates with the Vice President for Events, the Associate Vice President for Events Management, and the concerned cluster representatives for project updates
Oversees the filing of project proposal forms, budget reports, BETA presentation, and other relevant documents
Conducts a SWOT analysis as a post-event processing session
