Description
The Human Resources Project Officer is responsible for finding hosts, speakers, and the like as needed by the event’s program. They are responsible for accomplishing any documentation related to such. They are also in charge of fostering proper internal relationships among core team members through efforts, like group dynamics for core team bonding sessions.
Responsibilities
Be in charge of group dynamics for core team bonding sessions
Conduct individual consultations with core team members
Ensure that the well-being and internal relationships among core team members are suitable for a working environment
Be in charge of looking for speakers/hosts/volunteers needed for the event
Orient speakers/hosts/volunteers and make sure that they know their responsibilities, and
Create a comprehensive Performance Report through the Performance Management System
