Project Directors
Description
The Project Director is responsible for completing the Project Proposal Form, overseeing the planning, execution, and post-event procedures, and communicating with the Events BETA of their respective projects.
Responsibilities:
Accomplishes the Project Proposal Form for the event.
In charge of leading and delegating tasks to the core team members.
Facilitates the planning and execution of the project.
Communicates with the Vice President for Events, the Associate Vice President for Events Management, and the concerned cluster representatives for project updates.
Oversees the filing of project proposal forms, budget reports, BETA presentation, and other relevant documents.
Conducts a SWOT analysis as a post-event processing session alongside the Operations Manager.
Accomplishes the event’s Project Summary alongside the Operations Manager.
