The Marketing Cluster acts as the intermediary for non-IM-related initiatives between MISA and external entities such as corporate institutions and organizations within and outside the Ateneo campus. Its primary role is to assist the organization and its respective events, through the provision of corporate and student organizational partnerships.

Marketing Officer

Description

The Marketing Officer is responsible for finding and communicating with corporate sponsors or organizational partners for an event, as well as alumni for some specific events, such as HEX Talks. They create Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) and ensure that the terms are being fairly upheld by both parties, and they represent MISA to the sponsor, organizational partners, or alumni.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a contact person for the sponsor/s assigned.
Be in charge of looking for sponsors.
Draft and send the MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) to sponsors.
Ensure the MOA is being followed.
Assist in handling and maintaining the corporate sponsors, organizational partners, and alumni databases.
